We look forward to meeting you on your first visit to WOW Orthodontics, the office of Dr. Wendy Oakes Wilhelm (WOW is in her name)! Our team is excited to help you get acquainted with our office and learn more about you! We understand that each patient’s orthodontic treatment is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve.
Your first orthodontic visit will consist of an examination and discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will address your orthodontic needs and determine if this is the proper time to begin treatment.
After Dr. Oakes’ evaluation, we will conduct a treatment consultation to explain all aspects of your treatment in detail. We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis regarding the nature of the problem, a summary of the findings, and a detailed plan that outlines your treatment, goals, and estimated fees. We encourage questions and provide ample time to answer your questions.
Feel free to fill out patient forms on your time and bring them in to your appointment. Otherwise, arrive 15-minutes early to fill out the provided information. You will also need to have insurance information and a driver’s license. We are able to look up your insurance information by checking your dental insurance card and looking to see if you have orthodontics coverage on your plan.
Our office is located in the heart of Brentwood! Near Grassland Middle School, Brentwood Middle School, Brentwood High School, and Brentwood Academy to make it easy to have appointments on lunch breaks, in morning or after school. We can also be found on Waze by just searching WOW Orthodontics!
